ACBuy Agent Status: Existing Orders Only (2026)

ACBuy is a China shopping agent that historically bought from Taobao, 1688 and Weidian listings, photographed items at its warehouse and forwarded consolidated parcels abroad. As of 18 October 2026 it is handling previously placed orders only: new orders, including from new users, are unavailable.

    Short answer

ACBuy is processing earlier orders only. New orders are currently unavailable, including for new users. Existing customers should use ACBuy's official channels for questions about their own order, and anyone planning a fresh haul should route their saved links to a working agent instead.

    About ACBuy

ACBuy is one of the shopping agents that grew quickly after the 2024 collapse of larger competitors, and for a while it was a default recommendation for buyers shipping to Europe and the US. Its model was the standard one: you paste a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian link, ACBuy buys the item in China, receives it at its warehouse, sends QC photos, holds the parcel while you add more items, then forwards the consolidated haul on an international line of your choosing. That model is not currently open to new business. As of 18 October 2026, ACBuy is handling previously placed orders only, and new users cannot place orders. This is a restriction on new purchasing rather than confirmation that every operation has stopped, so an old order is not automatically lost — but nothing about new buying should be assumed. The practical consequence for USFans and Kako Crossing readers is that ACBuy should be treated as a legacy agent, not a live option. A spreadsheet row pointing at acbuy.com is still useful, because the underlying marketplace item ID survives the wrapper: the same Taobao or Weidian listing can be rebuilt on an agent that is actually taking orders. Parcel planning, weight estimates and shipping-line comparisons for a new haul should be done with whichever agent will handle it. If you do have an earlier ACBuy order, the sensible path is narrow and order-specific: find the order number, contact official support, and confirm in writing what handling, storage, QC or shipping options remain for that parcel. Nothing on this page is a quote, a guarantee or customer service.

    Shopping-agent guide

Read ACBuy as a closed shop for new business. Check the ordering restriction first, locate any earlier order, then take every question to official support before paying, topping up or assuming a shipping line is available. For a new haul, reuse the underlying marketplace link on a working agent rather than waiting for ACBuy to reopen.

    ACBuy's current operating status

ACBuy remains active to handle earlier orders, but it is not accepting new orders and new users cannot currently place orders. Continued handling of old orders should not be read as normal availability for new purchases. The status was confirmed on 18 October 2026. Separately, some third-party agent trackers have described ACBuy as having shut down in August 2026, while the acbuy.com front end still returns a storefront shell that requires JavaScript. We are not treating either signal as the final word: the site loading does not prove new ordering has reopened, and a tracker summary does not tell you what has happened to your own parcel. Anything order-specific has to come from ACBuy's official support. One thing is safe to rely on: an ACBuy-style product link is only a wrapper. The Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item ID underneath is what identifies the listing, and it can be reopened with another agent.

    Historical service information

ACBuy previously served international shoppers as a buying and parcel-forwarding agent, and its earlier reputation rested on five things: broad mainland marketplace coverage, warehouse QC photography, a free storage window long enough to build a haul, a wide menu of shipping lines, and a low headline service fee. All of that is history. Fee percentages, storage periods, photo counts, insurance wording and shipping-line lists found on guides, spreadsheets and review pages describe a service that is not currently selling, and none of it should be used to budget a new order or to predict what will happen to an existing one. Where an older page quotes you a rate, treat it as an archived data point rather than a quote. The same caution applies to community sentiment. Review scores and Trustpilot counts compiled before the restriction describe how the agent performed when it was taking orders; they say nothing about current handling capacity or response times.

What to do with ACBuy spreadsheet finds

ACBuy finds are still worth keeping. A curated spreadsheet row usually holds the original marketplace URL or item ID, and that reference is portable: any working agent can rebuild the same listing, seller and variant options from it. The workflow is quick. Copy the saved link, strip it back to the marketplace item reference if the tool you use asks for that, and rebuild it on an agent that is currently accepting orders. Then treat it as a brand-new purchase: new QC photos, new warehouse, new shipping quote, and your own checks on the seller's stock and reviews. Do not carry old assumptions across with the link. A price, weight estimate or shipping line you noted while ACBuy was live is not transferable, and parcel planning has to be redone on the platform that will actually ship your goods. Consolidation maths also change: volumetric weight, line restrictions and duty handling are set per agent, not per item.

Parcel planning for an existing ACBuy order

If you still have goods sitting with ACBuy, plan around deadlines rather than around optimising cost. Ask support three concrete questions: how long the item can stay where it is, which shipping lines are actually available to your destination right now, and what happens if you do nothing. Get the answers with your order number attached, and keep the reply. Then budget the worst case, not the cheapest historical rate: a restricted or stranded parcel costs more than a slightly worse per-kilogram price, and duty or VAT treatment on a given line needs confirming rather than assuming from an old guide. Consolidating late is usually the wrong move here. Adding new purchases is not possible while new ordering is closed, and holding a single existing item to chase a better per-kg rate only extends your exposure. Ship what is confirmed shippable once support tells you the options.

    How to use ACBuy

    1. Step 1 — Confirm the ordering restriction

ACBuy is handling earlier orders only, and new orders are unavailable to new and existing users alike. Treat this page as status information, not as instructions to make a purchase.

    2. Step 2 — Locate your earlier order

If you already bought something, sign in to your existing ACBuy account and pull the order number, item list and latest tracking status from your order records. Screenshot the details in case access changes.

    3. Step 3 — Contact official support

Send that order number to ACBuy's official support and ask specifically which handling, storage, QC or shipping options remain for that order, and what the deadlines are.

    4. Step 4 — Confirm in writing before acting

Only act on instructions support confirms for your own order. Historical payment, coupon, insurance and shipping-line information is not a current offer, and third-party guides cannot authorise anything on ACBuy's behalf.

    5. Step 5 — Plan any new haul elsewhere

For a fresh purchase, extract the original Taobao, 1688 or Weidian item reference from your saved ACBuy link and rebuild it on an agent that is currently accepting orders, then compare shipping lines on that platform before you commit.

    Frequently asked

    Is ACBuy still operating?

ACBuy remains active to handle previously placed orders only. It is not accepting new orders, and new users cannot currently place orders. That status was confirmed on 18 October 2026.

Can I place a new order through ACBuy?

No. New ordering is currently unavailable. Historical support for Taobao, 1688 or Weidian links does not mean a new purchase can be submitted, so use a working agent for fresh hauls instead.

What happens to items from an earlier ACBuy order?

Contact ACBuy's official support with your order number and ask which handling, storage, QC or shipping options remain for that parcel. Earlier standard periods are not a guarantee for an individual order.
