If you find an error — a fee that has moved, a cut-off that no longer applies, a mistyped weight, a wrong order detail — email [email protected] with the page address and what you believe is correct. We aim to reply within five business days.
Substantive corrections are shown at the foot of the page with the date and a short description of what changed. Adjustments to a published score are noted in the same place with the reason and the new checked-on date. We do not delete a page to avoid a correction; if a page is retired, we say so and explain why.
Readers who spot a problem with a test parcel's data can ask for the underlying log. We will share order numbers, intake stamps and weights where doing so does not expose a private individual's details.
